If you haven't yet logged into your Microsoft account, you will be greeted with the above screen with limited options.
Use the "Login" option in the top right-hand corner to prompt you to login into your office account, once authenticated you should be greeted with the following:
As you can see above, you now have a number of ways to interact with our team.
If you need to raise an issue with us, please "Report an Issue"
If the subject of your request matches any of our pre-existing support articles, they will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen.
To request a service e.g. New Starter, Device or Access Request, then please use the "Request a service" option
