We are excited to welcome you to Zinc Media!
This article will serve as a reference while you get to know our systems and set up your accounts.

- First-Time Login
Zinc uses Microsoft 365 as our primary platform this includes but is not limited to the standard array or Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel etc, but it also includes access to third-party applications that Zinc integrates with Such as Sony CI, HubSpot & Pleo.
As this account will become the center point of your access across Zinc's systems, it's important that you get your login and authentication for the account sorted as a first step when joining the company.
When logging into your account for the first time, please do this from a browser on your computer and not via your mobile phone. This is due to you needing your phone to set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

Use your browser of choice and go to:
- Click the Sign In option
This will then guide you through the setup process for your account and get you registered for MFA.
There are three types of authentication available and the process will ask you to register 2 of these:
- Microsoft Authenticator Phone (iOS or Android) application
- Text Message Codes
- Personal Email Codes
The preferred option is the Microsoft Authenticator, as it's safer and easier to use when logging in.

Once registered, you will be taken to the Microsoft 365 home page, from here you can access all of our main systems:

If you haven't yet logged into your Microsoft account, you will be greeted with the above screen with limited options.
Use the "Login" option in the top right-hand corner to prompt you to login into your office account, once authenticated you should be greeted with the following:
